CNC CUTTING
Besides the CNC turning we also deal with the turning on the CNC turning centres. We own the modern centre Hartford PRO-1000 AG with twenty four tools, with the performance of 15kW and dimensions of the table 1150x600mm. The machine is equipped with the maximal load of 700kg and the spindle cone BT-40.
The maximum dimensions of the workpiece could be up to the dimension of 600 x 1000 x 510 (630) mm.
On this CNC automatic machine we are able to make both the piece production and the serial production.
The main production of our company is focused on the CNC centres, nevertheless we own professionally equipped workroom, where there are all sorts of other machines like: lathe, milling machine, grinding machine and all other necessary machines and tools.
The high quality and the good system of our work are confirmed by the certificate ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.
